Drop In Visits
Drop in Visits include a meal, water refresh, administration of medication, litter box/enclosure refresh (cats + small pets) or 5 minute potty break (dogs) and of course, cuddle time! Can be added to dog walks and other add-on services. Please Note: Households with 2+ dogs or 3+ total pets will be required to schedule drop in visits for at least 30 minutes. We want to be sure that everyone gets individual attention!

Dog Walks
An adventure filled walk around your neighborhood. Our walks can be customized for everyone from our most athletic companions to our easy going couch potatoes! Dog walks include the walk and a water break. Walks are great as a stand alone service or an add on to a drop in visit!

What services do you offer?
We offer a variety of services including dog walking, pet sitting, feeding, litter box cleaning, medication administration, and more. Each service can be customized to fit your pet’s needs.
What areas do you service?
We service the following areas: Scarborough, Portland, South Portland, Old Orchard Beach, Biddeford, Dayton, Buxton, Gorham, Westbrook, Windham, Falmouth, Standish and Sebago Lake. If you don't see your area on the list, please reach out to see if we can assist with your location.
Can you care for non-traditional/exotic pets (birds, reptiles, etc.)?
We are happy to care for a variety of pets, including small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, mice, etc.). However, at the moment we cannot take care of scaled or feathered friends.
Can you care for pets with special needs?
Absolutely! We are experienced in providing care for pets with special needs, including administering medications, managing diets, and providing extra attention for older or ill pets.
Do you offer overnight pet sitting?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer overnight stays at this time. We do offer late night and early morning appointments for your peace of mind!
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for your peace of mind. We take the safety and security of your pet and home seriously.
How do I know my pet is being well cared for?
We provide regular updates, including photos and messages, to keep you informed about how your pet is doing. We also make sure to follow any specific care instructions you provide.
What happens if my pet needs medical attention during a visit?
In case of emergency, we will immediately contact you and, if necessary, take your pet to a trusted veterinarian. We will follow any emergency protocols you’ve provided in advance.
How do I book a pet sitting session?
You can book a service by contacting us directly by phone or by filling out our new client form. We recommend scheduling in advance, especially during peak seasons. After your first visit, you can book online, in app or by phone.
How do you handle cancellations?
We have a clear cancellation policy, which we’ll provide when you book. Generally, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee.
